Little Sister’s new home

My sister just moved into her first house. I am so excited for her and so thrilled that she found a place that she loves. The only downside is that while she loves it, it is not a place she can afford. Well, at least I didn’t think she could. She is the youngest and I always felt I knew best. When she started looking at houses, I might have been a little too critical, but I only wanted to best for her. She eventually was annoyed by my comments and asked me to quit coming. When she closed on her house, I kept my mouth shut, but was wondering how she thought she could afford this house. She saw the look in my eyes and eventually sat me down and explained her thoughts. She was able to save money on groceries using coupons and found a low energy rate at Shop Electricity Rates Texas. She mapped out her entire budget to me. I have to say that I was very impressed. She had thought of everything and she was easily going to be able to afford her house. I am so proud of her!
